No. You export the report the way you already do and drop the file in. There's no login, no app to install on the register, and nothing to approve.
Do I have to clean up the export first?
No. Drop in the export exactly as your system makes it. Page headers, totals lines and blank rows are skipped, and you see the result built from your own files before you pay.
Can each store manager run it?
Yes. The tool is a single file that works on any PC with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, even offline. Keep it on a shared drive or send it to each location.
Where do my files go?
Your files are opened in your own browser; the files themselves aren't uploaded. To design and preview your tool, the text of the report tables is sent to our proprietary programming aggregator, used once and not stored. The tool you buy runs entirely on your computer, even with no internet.
