Do I have to connect my QuickBooks account?
No. You export the report the way you already do and drop the file in. Nothing logs in to your books, so there's nothing to authorize.
QuickBooks already exports to Excel. Why use this?
The export is the raw report. Wheelbarrow turns it into the finished workbook you'd otherwise build by hand: your tabs, your totals, your highlights, the same way every month.
Can my bookkeeper use it for several clients?
Each tool is built for one report layout. A bookkeeper with several clients' reports can use the 3-tool pack ($99) to cover more than one.
Where do my files go?
Your files are opened in your own browser; the files themselves aren't uploaded. To design and preview your tool, the text of the report tables is sent to our proprietary programming aggregator, used once and not stored. The tool you buy runs entirely on your computer, even with no internet.
